Products Description
Semi Automatic Corrugated Carton Rotary Die Cutting Machine
(DH-MS1424)

This semi automatic rotary die cutter is used for making special cartons, eg. Pizza cartons, small packaging carton boxes etc..The customized die cutting plate can cut the cardboard accordingly. 

The machine is high speed and high working efficiency.

Suitable for 3/5/7 layer corrugate cardboard( as well as E flute paper board.)

DETAILS

1. The semi-auto die cutter comes with chain type manual feeder and vacuum suction hold down device.
2. It utilizes soft rubber template. Speed differences can be compensated synchronously and automatically.
3. One-off processes of cutting, perforating and creasing can be completed in this machine.
4. The main motor adopts electromagnetic speed adjustment and the die cutter phase is adjusted by computer.
5. This machine comes with a number counter and alarm bell .
6. The die cutting cylinder has been plated with hard chrome and treated by balance alignment. Driven by air, it will rise up and kiss the cushion roller when feeding starts, it will automatically go down and leave the cushion roller when feeding stops.
7. The cushion roller can move horizontally about 40mm, avoiding die cutting in the same place at the same time, thus prolonging its service life.
8. Linear speed compensation device ensures uniform die cutting and thereby makes sure that the carton size is identical.
9. The semi-auto rotary die cutter is designed with a spray lubrication system that enables gears to serve for long time.
